What we do

Find HVAC Experts is a free service that connects homeowners with independent, local HVAC professionals. We are not an HVAC contractor, we do not perform HVAC work, and we do not employ the service providers you may be connected with. We make no guarantee that a provider will be available in your area or at a particular time.

Independent providers

All contractors and service providers are independent third parties. We do not warrant or guarantee any work performed by them. It is your responsibility to verify that any provider you hire carries the license and insurance required for the work being performed, and to evaluate their suitability before authorizing any work or payment.

Estimates and availability

Any references to free estimates, pricing, same-day, next-day, or 24/7 availability are provided by participating service providers and are subject to provider participation, location, technician availability, and demand. Availability is not guaranteed and may vary by market and appointment capacity.

Phone calls and consent

When you call the number on the Site, your call may be routed, connected, recorded, and monitored as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for any charges your carrier applies to the call.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, misuse the call service, or submit false or fraudulent requests.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, layout, and graphics, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
